Random Ramblings

Alright, first of all for HS DxD Novel fans, I am over half done with the current part (this one is long as well) and will finish probably tomorrow.

I got diverted in between with Haruhi Suzumiya volume 6 interspersed with the anime Hoshizora e kakaru hashi. Haruhi is great as usual and Hoshizora turned out to be a dark horse for me since I wasn't expecting much. Though I am still on episode 7 as of now.

The previous and current season of animes have probably been loaded with a bunch of great animes including Fate/Zero, Shakugan no shana, Zero no tsukaima (Story finally seems to have progressed by leaps from previous 3 seasons combined), Rinne no Lagrange (I found it good), Papa no iu koto wo kikinasai, Ano natsu de matteru (Kinda reminds me a lot of Onegai sensei who has the same director or something but still good neverthless), our very own Highschool DxD (Can't forget 'em boobs and dat ass), Amagami SS+, Nisemonogatari. Never before I think I found 2 seasons loaded with a bunch of great animes(not to mention I watched Stein's gate in winter vacation as well).
Now, as this season is coming to an end, I am kind of feeling regretful; good anime recommendations are dwindling, Haruhi Suzumiya LNs can keep me only lasting for this much. And hence I would love if I got some good recommendations from you all. If you're not aware, sports animes are a big no for me, gore/horror doesn't work either. Everything else works.

Also on a side note, I read REC (manga) this week, gotta admit I found it good, though the fact it wasn't completely translated was a turn off. If someday comes I plan on picking it up, but first I need to find the raws for it.
Speaking of mangas, I also hear that umi no misaki is going good, I'll probably read it sometime this week(no translation that day for you guys, sorry :P)
